GR-06
Reconnaissance Rover
Prototype

The GR-06 is a wheeled unmanned ground vehicle designed for autonomous perimeter patrol and area surveillance. Its four-wheel drive electric drivetrain with independent suspension handles mixed terrain reliably - gravel, compacted earth, and moderate gradients - without requiring track-based complexity.

Onboard sensors include the EO/IR-9 imaging system on a 2-axis stabilized mount, a forward-facing LiDAR for obstacle avoidance and SLAM-based navigation, and a dual-band radio for encrypted 4G or direct link communications via CM-4A. The vehicle operates fully autonomously on pre-defined patrol routes with anomaly detection and automatic alert generation.

Mission Profiles
  • Perimeter patrol and intruder detection
  • Critical infrastructure surveillance
  • CBRN area assessment (sensor payload)
  • Logistics support in low-risk environments
  • Escort and convoy protection operations

EOD Platform
EOD-3B
Explosive Ordnance Disposal Platform
Development

The EOD-3B is a tracked remote-controlled robot designed for hazardous material handling and explosive ordnance disposal operations. Its tracked undercarriage provides stable platform behavior on uneven surfaces and rubble, critical for precise manipulation tasks in contested or unstructured environments.

The 6-DOF manipulator arm achieves 15 kg lift capacity at full extension (1.2 m reach) with force-torque sensing at the wrist for feedback-controlled grasping. A redundant dual-channel video feed provides low-latency situational awareness from multiple camera angles including a wrist-mounted camera with LED illumination.

Mission Profiles
  • IED and unexploded ordnance identification and handling
  • Hazardous material containment and removal
  • Post-blast forensic site investigation
  • Confined space inspection
  • Perimeter breach and door opening operations

Industrial Robotics
IM-4
Industrial Articulated Manipulator
Development

The IM-4 is a 4-axis fixed-base industrial robot arm designed for integration into Moroccan manufacturing cells. Unlike large-scale industrial robots designed for high-volume automotive lines, the IM-4 targets small-to-medium production facilities that require flexible automation without six-figure capital expenditure.

The system is ROS2 compatible, supports standard ISO 9283 trajectory testing, and interfaces with force-torque sensor data at the wrist for compliant assembly tasks. The configurable end-effector flange accepts standard tooling adapters. A companion programming interface allows non-specialist operators to create and modify pick-and-place programs.

Application Profiles
  • Assembly line pick-and-place operations
  • Quality inspection with camera end-effector
  • Material handling in industrial facilities
  • Welding and joining (with appropriate tooling)
  • Packaging and palletizing
